Visitor Site Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern all visitors accessing the Demo — Brisbane CBD Tower construction site in accordance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld) and obligations under the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth). See: Safe Work Australia — Model WHS Laws.

2. Visitor Obligations

• You must sign in and out at the designated kiosk for every visit.
• You must wear appropriate PPE (hard hat, hi-vis vest, safety footwear) at all times when on site.
• You must be accompanied by your nominated host at all times.
• You must follow all directions given by the Site Manager or authorised personnel.
• You must immediately report any hazard, near-miss or incident to site personnel.
• Photography is prohibited without prior written approval.

3. Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, evacuate immediately via the nearest emergency exit and assemble at the designated muster point. Call 000 for emergency services.

4. Privacy

Your personal details (name, company, phone number and signature) are collected for site access and safety purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and are retained for 7 years. See: OAIC — The Privacy Act.
